My name is Debbie Fisher. I am a President's Club Member Representative with Avon and an Independent Advanced Sales Leader.
I started Avon approximately 7 years ago as a Representative although Avon has been part of my life on/off for over 20 years when my own Mum was once a Representative!
I started like most who just wanted to earn a few extra pounds “pocket money” whilst I was on maternity leave with my second son. I managed to build up a good customer base and as result realised what a good earning opportunity Avon could be.
In December 2004, Sales Leadership was presented to me, I decided to give it a whirl and 2 years later my only regret is that I didn't start sooner!
I have approximately 240 Team Members which includes 4 Downline Sales Leaders, one of whom is also at Advanced Level and I also have one trainee Downline Sales Leader.
Avon Sales Leadership is hard work, but the rewards more than make up to that. I enjoy the freedom of being my own boss, getting out and meeting new people. Feeling a sense of achievement when assisting my Members and seeing their own efforts being rewarded.
Most of my team members are my friends as are my customers.
I offer advice and assistance to my team by sending out quarterly newsletters to keep all up-to-date with up and coming offers and also provide incentives/rewards for high achieving team members.
